INCOME AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for the Spain Digital Nomad Visa must demonstrate stable and consistent income earned from a foreign employer, international clients or their own overseas business. The minimum income requirement is approximately €2,763 per month or €33,156 per year for the main applicant. If applying with family members, additional income must be shown, including approximately €1,036 per month for a spouse and €345 per month for each dependent child. Applicants must be employed by a company outside Spain, work as freelancers with foreign clients, or operate a business registered outside Spain. The employment or business relationship should normally be established for at least three months prior to application and the company or business must have been operational for at least one year. Applicants are also required to demonstrate relevant professional qualifications, such as a university degree or minimum three years of professional work experience in their field. In addition, valid private health insurance covering Spain, a clean criminal record, a valid passport and proof of accommodation in Spain are required. Applicants must continue to meet these requirements to maintain and renew their residency status.
APPLICATION FEES
The cost of the Spain Digital Nomad Visa includes professional advisory and legal support for the main applicant and eligible family members, covering application preparation, document review, submission and follow up with Spanish immigration authorities. Government visa fees and residence permit issuance fees are payable at the time of application and approval.
Professional service fees are payable in advance and cover assistance with application preparation, compliance review and coordination with immigration authorities until residency approval. Additional expenses such as document translation into Spanish, notarization, legalization, health insurance, visa issuance charges and residence card fees are payable separately by the applicant.
The overall cost of the Oman Residency by Investment Program includes government processing and residency issuance fees, medical examination charges, biometric enrollment fees and any required administrative handling charges. For Tier One (10‑year residency), the government permit fee is typically OMR 551 for the applicant and for Tier Two (5‑year residency) the permit fee is OMR 326.
Professional advisory, legal services and document preparation fees for the main applicant and eligible dependents are separate, payable upfront and non refundable. All expenses related to official translations, notarization, authentication and third party verification are the responsibility of the investor. Property acquisition costs, land registration transfer fees and any business setup or operational costs are additional and are not included in the government residency or application fees.
STEPS AND TIMELINE
