USA EB-3 Visa

USA EB-3 Visa Overview

The USA EB-3 Program is a permanent residence (Green Card) employment based immigration category designed to allow foreign nationals to live and work permanently in the United States. It is intended for skilled workers, professionals and other workers who meet the program’s qualifications and have a U.S. employer willing to sponsor them.

The EB-3 program provides a structured pathway for foreign nationals to obtain lawful permanent residency while contributing their skills to the U.S. workforce. It combines access to the U.S. economy, a stable legal system and employment opportunities across multiple sectors, making it an appealing option for individuals and families seeking permanent residence in the United States.

WHY Choose USA EB-3 Visa?

The EB-3 Program offers eligible applicants and their families the ability to live, work and study anywhere in the United States under lawful permanent resident status. It is ideal for skilled workers, professionals with a U.S. degree or equivalent experience and other workers with at least two years of training or experience.

Spouses of EB-3 visa holders may work in the United States and children under 21 can study in U.S. schools and universities. The program provides a clear, regulated pathway to permanent residence and after meeting residency requirements, eligible applicants can apply for U.S. citizenship. EB-3 is particularly attractive for families seeking stability, access to world class education and career advancement opportunities in the U.S.
